Phenomenal service during our home build and purchase. Jo is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. More importantly, she really does care about her clients and their needs. Jo was amazing. She was sweet, caring and aimed to get me the house I was looking for. When it came to negotiations she was professional, firm, and use her intelligent research to push back on unfair counteroffers. I ended up with a great deal and the home I absolutely needed for my family. The company web site was great. I got to put items on my favorite list or maybe list and Jo was able to see it all and get showing scheduled immediately. The site also gave me alerts of home fitting my search and great information to help make better decisions

I live in Daytona Beach, Florida, and it was kind of like an online dating experience as to how I met Jo. I had seen a property that interested me in Richmond, Virginia and requested more information, and Jo was one of the many realtors who answered that request. Anyone who has clicked on that "I'm interested in more information please" button knows that they are opening up themselves to an onslaught of realtor calls, hence my online dating reference. Jo was the one I clicked with right off the bat, and she set me up with once a week emails to show me available properties in the Richmond area. I told her that nothing would probably happen for a year or two, and she was ever gracious with such a long timeline; not many would be so receptive to that. All that changed when I found the house that I wanted a couple of months after our initial call....who knew!

Jo went above and beyond to make sure we were educated on the home selling process. As first time home sellers, we did not have a good idea of what was involved, and she really made the process much easier for us. Her knowledge of the area was unparalleled, and we always felt like our goals were her only priority.
